Her journey began as an elementary and junior high teacher, where she honed her skills in fostering a nurturing learning environment. Over the years, Elana has expanded her expertise, assuming roles as a Learning Coach, Social Emotional Learning Teacher Coach, and Inclusive Consultant within the Edmonton Catholic School Division
